In August I had the honor of participating in this Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources / USDA video production to promote Wisconsin’s Voluntary Public Access Program; or as most of us know it VPA lands.
My hope is this video will encourage outdoor enthusiasts, fishermen, and hunters to act like good mannered guests while enjoying these private lands. Even though landowners receive lease payments in exchange for allowing public access these landowners are unselfish and enjoy sharing their property.
Give it watch and post your comments.
Thanks.

Good work! A big thank you to those unselfish landowners! I posted this to our facebook group We Hunt Turkeys. If you can’t see it, friend me and I’ll add you to the group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/1790265154534056/

Ah, finally a website that works. You made the right choice leaving Bonnier Corp websites, Charlie(and HFT). Currently so much spam on both sites they are not allowing any new posts. I’ve been trying to take advantage of fishing weather as much as possible lately, so haven’t been behind the computer much. On top of that, archery season opened. Got my first doe of the season this week. Sorry if off topic, but have a few months of catching up to do :).

Hunting takes priority over computers anytime. Congrats on your doe and remember we all don’t mind off topics…

I wish more of my hunting buddies would realize that computer comment. Luckily I do not mind hunting alone…in fact I generally prefer it that way. Thanks…she was a nice sized doe and currently have a batch of jerky marinating in preparation for the dehydrator. Unfortunately my old dehydrator hasn’t been working correctly(12 tray version from cabelas), so I’ve opted to use my grandparents 30+ year old 4 tray Excalibur dehydrator that still works perfectly.

Unfortunately I was hunting yesterday, and just as I was about to release an arrow at a turkey the sun got real bright, the rain started to fall, and the wind blew so hard that the tree my stand was in started to rock back and forth, sending my arrow off course. No one else witnessed any of this, but how else could you explain me missing?
